Educator Mentorship
Our systematized curriculum for coaches and mentors is designed around 13 Tasks that are completed from August to May.
The outcome? Novice teachers are retained in the system; build trusting relationships with school leaders, and move students forward in their achievement.
Maybe you don’t have instructional coaches in place but desire this opportunity for your new teachers. We can make that happen!
Round Table leaders will coach your new teachers virtually, working closely with school leaders. At the
same time, we can help you build capacity to implement coaching within your school and district.
Don’t know where to begin in developing a robust induction program for your new teachers? We can consult with you and help you build a meaningful program that has positive impacts for students.
